Dr. G. Dewan is an experienced professional with experience of more than 35 years in the public healthcare domain. He has held positions like Director Health Services, Chandigarh, C.E.O. Ayushman Bharat and Mission Director, National Health Mission, Chandigarh (U.T.). He is an astute leader and a team player with a successful career as a physician and medical administrator, often credited with the transformation of public health in Chandigarh. He superannuated from government service after successfully managing the first wave of COVID-19.
His expertise in Healthcare Compliance is as exemplary as his knowledge of the compliance legalities, being a law graduate from the coveted Punjab University. He has also held the following positions in Chandigarh over the course of his career:
- President, Indian Medical Association, U.T.
- Appropriate Authority, PCPNDT Act
- Regulatory Authority, Clinical Establishments Act
- Drug Controller, Drugs and Cosmetics Act
- Food Health Authority, FSSAI among many others.

Dr. Vandna Dewan, MBBS
Consultant-cum-Director, Training
Dr. Vandna is a medical graduate from Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi who has served both as a physician and as a consultant in various government organizations in the field of compliance, training and surveillance of ongoing national healthcare programmes. She has held the following positions over the course of her career:
- Member Secretary, State Blood Transfusion Council, Chandigarh
- Deputy Director, Training & Surveillance, State AIDS Prevention and Control Society
- Consultant (Training), IDSP under NVBDCP
Areas of expertise:
- Project management, monitoring and evaluation
- Training & Capacity building of Healtcare providers and trainers
Dr. Geeteshwar Dewan, MBBS
Co - founder - cum - C.E.O.
Dr. Geeteshwar Dewan is a second generation physician who has been an integral part of the think tank of Dewan Healthcare Consultancy. His clarity of thought and vision for the organization more than compensates for his youth. His leadership experience at school and university level, in addition to his experience in organizing national level conferences, brings to the table a leader who can put all the working parts in a perfect unison. He is also an avid researcher and author with gold medals in 13 out of 14 subjects of MBBS - fetching him University Rank 1 in his undergraduation. As an MBBS student, he has held the following positions:
